Contributing to its programming mix, HBO also licenses movies from major independent distributors such as Castle Rock, Focus Features, Franchise, Morgan Creek, New Line, Paramount Classics, Picturehouse, Screen Gems, Sony Picture Classics, Village Roadshow and Warner Independent Pictures.
