The Saint
Simon Templar (Kilmer, Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, Alexander) is a gentleman. He's also a master thief who's equally at home no matter what he's doing; be it negotiating with power brokers, seducing a beauty or dangling from the roof of a tall building. He is`The Saint.' Author Leslie Charteris' immortal character, so familiar to us from the cult 70's Roger Moore TV series, is brought to life on the big screen. And he's been given a present day state-of-the-art sheen. The Saint has to get a vital formula from the beautiful physicist, Dr. Emma Russell (Shue, Hide and Seek, Molly). Master of a thousand disguises, he will play any character to steal it. Kilmer's smoldering sensuality and Shue's incandescence make for compelling viewing. And that electronica theme music will stay in your head long after the movie rolls its closing credits.
