Dr Owen Stanford is an archeologist from the renowned Smithsonian Institute. He has been diagnosed with terminal cancer and his only hope for survival is to retrieve the ancient amulets of the storm god Ba'al, hoping their mystical powers will cure him or make him into a god. With the recovery of each amulet, Ba'al gets stronger and stronger, threatening to unleash the biggest storm the world has ever seen.
