This battle-of-wits thriller pits a consummate bank robber, Dalton Russell, against the street-smart cop, Detective Frazier. Russell seems to be pulling off the perfect bank robbery while Frazier has been sent to stop him. The plot is full of twists and turns, and thickens when the bank owner sends in super negotiator, Madeleine White, to strike a deal with the robber. But it appears that there is more than meets the eye.
