1. Media Co-ordinator
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and acknowledge delivery of broadcast tape and digital media ordered by Tape Acquisition
- Maintain library of computer generated files on tape, disk or mass storage.
- Manage and maintain iBroadcast and Media Library database
- Manage decoder and tape stocks
- Run tape listing for users, monitor tape used and updates the tape library management system.
- Prepare backups and keys prior generation tapes for movement to storage facilities, including offsite
- Manage shipping & overseas courier functions of the company
- Catalogue, issue ID and barcode broadcast tapes received
- Digitise of movies and promotional clips in production server
Requirements:
- GCE O-Level or equivalent
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision

2. Financial Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Develop, analyze, and maintain strategic, business, and financial plans for new / current business, projects and processes
- Prepare annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
- Forecast data and perform trend analysis, variance analysis, risk assessments, pricing and profitability analysis
- Work with programming / inventory group and interact with NY counterparts to deliver good programming analysis / forecast / plans.
- Collect and interpret industry information and provide quality information support.
- Involve in other ad-hoc assignments
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting/Finance
- 3-5 years within MNC
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Pro-active and able to multi-task
- Have the ability to work independently and manage tight deadlines
- Detailed oriented with good analytical and qualitative skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organization skills
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills

3. Business Development Manager
Responsibilities:
- Work with the New Business and Business Planning groups to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow existing and new businesses.
- Assist in the management of relationships with external partners.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in the media industry, ideally with exposure in a Business Development or commercial role.
- Highly driven with the ability to work independently and manage tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and organization skills.
- Strong command of spoken and written English (mandarin speaking would be an advantage).
